+Our gallery wrapped canvases are printed on the highest quality canvas available and individually HAND WRAPPED onto a 1.5" depth wood frame.

+We print on high end printers with top quality archival inks. The quality is stunning and the canvas is made to last.

+We've worked hard to source the best canvas makers in the United States. Our quality is unmatched, especially by other online-discount canvas and wall art stores.


FRAMED/MATTED PRINT DETAILS
+Add an extra layer of dimension to your favorite design with our fully assembled mats & frames.

+The acid-free 4-ply matboard is cut to order in house.

+Your artwork will be highlighted beautifully in our frames.

+Frames are approximately 1.25" wide and 0.625" deep.

+Each frame is handcrafted in-house and built, by hand, for each order.

Sometimes I see a beautifully decorated house at Christmas and I start to envision the warmth and coziness inside, a respite from the snow. Are they drinking hot cocoa? Sitting by the fireside? I take myself on a little mental ride and feel just a little warmer as I bask in the window's glow.

Holiday Order Deadlines

To receive your order by December 24 (contiguous U.S.), please order by:

• Framed Prints: Tuesday, December 1
• Canvases: Friday, December 4
• Prints and all other Lily & Val products: Friday, December 11
• International orders: Friday, November 13
• Digital Gift Cards: Anytime! They're delivered instantly by email.

Every canvas and framed print is made to order, so expedited shipping speeds up delivery but not production time. Orders placed after these dates are always welcome, we just can't guarantee they'll arrive before Christmas.

We work with two small businesses to create and fulfill your order, so your order may arrive in two separate packages and at different times. Canvases and Framed Prints come from one vendor, and traditional prints and all other Lily & Val items come from another. This does not affect your shipping rate. We cover the difference if your order is split.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping methods vary based on the order.

Prints

• Prints are primarily sent via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.
• Prints generally ship within 2-4 business days of your order and take approximately 2 business days to arrive.
• Some larger print orders may ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance, whichever is least expensive compared to USPS.
• You may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. This selection replaces the free shipping option. Orders with expedited shipping still take 2-4 business days to process.
• All prints arrive in a sturdy flat mailer sized to the print.

Canvas

• Canvases are primarily shipped via UPS Ground, which includes tracking and insurance.
• Each canvas is made to order and can take up to 10 days to produce and ship.
• Once shipped, canvases typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
• You may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. This selection replaces the free shipping option. Orders with expedited shipping still take up to 10 days to produce.
• Canvases ship in a reinforced box with protected corners and a plastic bag for added protection.

Framed Prints

• Framed Prints are primarily shipped via UPS Ground, which includes tracking and insurance.
• Each framed print is made to order and can take up to 14 days to produce and ship.
• Once shipped, framed prints typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
• You may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. This selection replaces the free shipping option. Orders with expedited shipping still take up to 14 days to produce.
• Framed Prints ship in a reinforced box with protected corners and a plastic bag for added protection.

Other Lily & Val Products

• All other Lily & Val products are primarily shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but may ship via UPS or FedEx depending on rates, delivery time, and insurance. We always choose the most affordable option with the quickest service.
• All shipments include tracking and insurance.
• Orders generally ship within 2 business days.
• If you choose an expedited option at checkout, it replaces any free shipping option. Orders with expedited shipping generally ship within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take approximately 6-10 business days to arrive. Occasionally a package is held in customs. This is beyond our control and we are unable to predict if a package will be held. For this reason, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Lily & Val is not responsible for international orders that are lost in transit. Our support team will do everything we can to help you track down a lost international package by providing tracking and insurance details so you can file a claim. However, the buyer assumes responsibility for their package. A package is considered delivered once it arrives at customs.

Fortunately these instances are rare. When they do happen, as a small business we cannot accept responsibility for international deliveries.

Yes. Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their country.
